Modern Boost Technology (MBT) is a licensed Afghan company specializing in Mobile Value-Added Services (VAS) and telecom solutions for Mobile Network Operators (MNOs). Approved by the Government of Afghanistan, MBT also offers digital services and custom software development tailored to the telecom sector.

MBT is looking for a talented and imaginative Cameraman & Video Editor to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing dynamic video footage and transforming it into compelling content. Experience with professional camera gear, editing software, and a sharp eye for detail are essential. You’ll be expected to film everything from studio shoots to live events and edit the material for use on various digital channels. A strong narrative sense and technical proficiency are key to success in this role.

• Operate DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras for a variety of shoots
• Set up and manage video, lighting, and sound equipment
• Shoot content both on-site and in the studio as needed
• Handle post-production tasks including cutting, color grading, and sound syncing
• Ensure consistent visual style and technical quality across all videos
• Deliver final video outputs in multiple formats suitable for platforms like social media, TV, and web
• Work closely with other creative team members to meet deadlines
• Maintain and properly store all equipment

• Solid experience with professional camera equipment
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and other editing tools such as Adobe Audition, Photoshop, or Cool Edit
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and syncing audio
• Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling
• Able to work effectively under tight deadlines and in high-pressure settings
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• A portfolio demonstrating past video editing and filming work is required
