Job Summary

The Sales Officer plays a vital role in connecting clients with tailored internet services and digital solutions. This individual will drive customer acquisition, promote company offerings, and close sales with both individual consumers and corporate clients. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to understand and respond to client needs effectively.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify prospective customers to understand their internet needs.
  • Follow the company’s structured sales process to propose customized service plans.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and visits to generate leads.
  • Manage communication with clients via multiple channels, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Analyze client needs and conduct cost-benefit evaluations to recommend ideal solutions.
  • Offer and promote special packages, discounts, or campaigns based on company initiatives.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and refine sales strategies.
  • Track client interactions, feedback, and performance metrics for reporting purposes.
  • Support business growth through direct referrals and new client acquisition efforts.
  • Take responsibility for follow-ups and customer engagement throughout the sales cycle.
Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in telecom, ISP, or IT industries.
  • Demonstrated success in closing business deals with corporate clients or large organizations.
  • Self-starter with a commercial mindset and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence in handling contracts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities—written, verbal, and visual.
  • Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English is essential.
