Responsible for developing visual concepts and layouts by creating compelling designs that align with project goals and brand identity.

• Collaborate with clients and the Executive Creative Director (ECD) to understand project materials and design direction.
• Develop initial design drafts incorporating layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Present rough concepts for feedback and approval.
• Contribute creatively to Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) campaigns.
• Produce 2D and 3D motion graphics content.
• Adapt and edit both still and motion visual assets.
• Integrate video and audio effects in line with project requirements.
• Stay informed on the latest design software and tools to remain competitive.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the telecom sector
• Proficiency in Dari, Pashto, and English is required
