Job Summary

SNTS is currently looking for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Agent to help grow our customer base and drive sales. The successful candidate will be proactive in finding new clients, maintaining strong relationships, and meeting assigned sales goals. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, solid interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Acquisition

  • Approach potential clients to present and promote telecom products
  • Conduct in-person visits, calls, or shop-based interactions to generate leads

2. Product Expertise

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of products such as SIM cards, data packages, and devices
  • Explain product features and pricing clearly and effectively

3. Sales Activities

  • Sell voice/data plans, top-up cards, and SIMs
  • Achieve set sales goals and performance indicators

4. Customer Support

  • Support customers with registration and KYC compliance
  • Provide post-sale assistance and resolve minor complaints

5. Reporting

  • Keep daily logs of sales activity, feedback, and inventory
  • Share reports with the team lead or supervisor as needed

6. Market Awareness

  • Track competitor offerings and pricing trends
  • Offer insights to help improve services and marketing efforts

7. Brand Representation

  • Represent SNTS positively during customer interactions and events
  • Assist in promotional campaigns and product launches

8. Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with team members and distribution partners to meet shared goals
  • Exchange sales strategies and help address customer concerns
Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in local languages, especially Pashto
  • Completion of high school education
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
