Job Summary

Yusra Bright is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented National Sales Manager to lead our nationwide sales initiatives. This key leadership role involves shaping and executing strategies that will accelerate revenue, expand our reach, and deepen relationships with healthcare providers.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales, proven leadership capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of distribution practices and compliance requirements. You will be responsible for steering a high-performing sales force and aligning departmental goals with the company’s broader vision.

Job Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement comprehensive national sales strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Define and manage sales targets at monthly, quarterly, and annual levels.
  • Lead, coach, and guide regional sales teams and area managers toward consistent performance.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and emerging opportunities.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of sales leaders.
  • Organize national and regional training programs and sales events.
  • Stay informed on competitor actions, market dynamics, and customer insights.
  • Explore new market segments, partnerships, and growth avenues.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Drive successful product launches and ensure deep market penetration.
  • Manage pricing strategies and optimize the product mix to maximize revenue.
  • Cultivate strong ties with key stakeholders, including hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical sales regulations and ethical standards.
  • Coordinate closely with departments like logistics, finance, and marketing to align efforts.
  • Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and strategic input to senior management.
  • Plan inventory and demand forecasting in coordination with production.
  • Develop incentive plans and trade strategies to motivate sales performance.
  • Act swiftly on market feedback and performance insights with corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper documentation and collaboration with legal and regulatory teams.
Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, or a related discipline (MBA is an advantage).
  • At least 7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of distribution networks and industry compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Must be willing to travel across Afghanistan as needed.
