Job Summary

Setaragan Mutahed is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the company’s HR functions—including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in formulating and executing HR strategies in alignment with business goals.


Facilitate recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.


Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and legal standards.


Plan and coordinate staff training and development programs.


Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies, compensation, and benefits.


Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.


Ensure the organization’s compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.


Continuously improve HR processes, tools, and systems.


Foster a positive and productive workplace through HR initiatives including wellness and employee engagement programs.


Job Requirements

Education:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.



Experience:


2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience.


Background in similar HR roles is preferred.



Skills & Competencies:


Solid understanding of core HR functions (recruitment, payroll, training, etc.).


Familiarity with Afghan labor laws and disciplinary procedures.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRMS software is an advantage.


Strong organizational and time-management skills.


Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.


Interpersonal skills with a focus on problem-solving and sound judgment.


Professional integrity, adaptability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.


Attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.


Must be fluent in Pashto, Dari, and English.


Willingness to travel as required.
