Job Summary

We are seeking a Call Centre Sales Representative to serve as a key point of contact between SPCTLC and our customers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-oriented, and dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience. This role involves managing inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Follow established scripts and communication guidelines to effectively resolve customer issues
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to support successful sales
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in compliance with data protection standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and performance targets
  • Display empathy, patience, and professionalism during every customer interaction
  • Stay up to date with SPCTLC products, services, and promotions
  • Contribute to a positive team culture through active engagement and support
Job Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Proficient typing and computer skills
  • Strong phone presence and active listening abilities
  • Previous experience in call centers, customer service, sales, or marketing is preferred
