Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth through identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building lasting client relationships. This role involves negotiating deals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Develop and present media proposals to potential clients.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and maintain accurate sales activity reports as required by management.
  • Maintain close communication with agencies, MBUs, and direct clients through regular follow-ups.
  • Prepare media contracts and traffic schedules as needed.
  • Achieve individual and departmental revenue targets within budgetary limits.
  • Develop customized sales strategies, presentations, and pricing structures.
  • Coordinate with the Traffic & Scheduling team to ensure accurate placement and broadcasting of ad campaigns.
  • Work with the Finance Department to ensure timely collection of receivables.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team for the production of client advertisements.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Professional attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales and marketing environment.
  • Prior media and/or advertising sales experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Native Pashto speaker with strong market knowledge.
  • Exceptional sales closing skills.
