Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide essential support to our Human Resources department in executing a variety of HR functions. In this role, you will assist with the daily operations of HR, including recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HRIS management, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and enthusiastic about learning and growing within a dynamic HR team.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & On boarding
  2. Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements.
  3. Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling.
  4. Facilitate per-employment checks and reference verification.
  5. Prepare on boarding documents and manage orientation schedules.
  6. Maintain accurate candidate and new hire records.
  7. Employee Records & HRIS
  8. Maintain and update employee personal files.
  9. Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
  10. Generate HR reports and assist with data entry tasks.
  11. Performance Management & Employee Relations
  12. Support scheduling of performance reviews and track completion.
  13. Assist in employee engagement activities and feedback initiatives.
  14. Address employee inquiries and assist in resolving basic issues.
  15. Maintain records of disciplinary actions and grievances.
  16. Compensation & Benefits Support
  17. Assist with payroll data collection and processing in collaboration with the Finance department.
  18. Track attendance, leave balances, and related records.
  19. Training & Development
  20. Schedule internal and external training sessions.
  21. Maintain training records and evaluations.
  22. Assist in organizing development initiatives and workshops.
  23. Compliance & Policies
  24. Support compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  25. Assist in preparing HR documentation and audit files.
  26. Stay updated on HR practices and legal requirements to ensure compliance.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
