Job Summary

The Branch Operations Manager collaborates with the Branch Manager to establish and sustain effective focus, operational integrity, and control strategies for the branch. This role is responsible for achieving favorable audit outcomes, ensuring compliance with legal, corporate, and regulatory requirements, and continuously improving processes.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Establishes a structured, process-oriented approach to ensure effective service delivery to customers.
  2. Manages the timely processing of daily tasks and submits reports to the Branch Manager.
  3. Ensures strict compliance with bank policies and procedures at all times.
  4. Proactively addresses customer service issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  5. Offers clear and decisive leadership to the operations team.
  6. Oversees all data processing activities supporting deposit and withdrawal services.
  7. Maintains up-to-date policies and procedures manuals.
  8. Responds to customer inquiries and resolves complaints related to operational matters.
  9. Shares accountability for the branch’s operational, financial, and customer service outcomes.
  10. Collaborates with sales and operations to consistently deliver 100% service to customers.
  11. Prepares the branch for audits, ensuring it remains in a state of continuous audit readiness.
  12. Performs additional tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in branch operations.
  3. Previous managerial experience in the banking sector is a plus.
  4. Strong skills in reporting and data analysis.
  5. Proven ability to analyze processes and implement improvements.
  6. Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong computer proficiency.
  8. Professional, innovative, and results-driven.
  9. Persuasive, well-disciplined, and highly organized.
