Job Summary
The Sales Officer at UA Telecom plays a vital role in promoting and delivering tailored internet solutions to corporate and individual clients. This position involves identifying customer needs, presenting services effectively, and securing sales to support business growth and expand the company's client base.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and evaluate their specific needs.
- Follow the corporate sales process to provide customized internet solutions.
- Achieve or surpass established sales targets and quotas.
- Conduct both cold and warm outreach to generate new leads.
- Schedule and follow up on calls with leads and prospects to maintain engagement.
- Communicate with leads and customers via email, ensuring clear and accurate information.
- Respond promptly and accurately to all inquiries from leads and customers.
- Prioritize and escalate customer inquiries as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses to recommend optimal solutions to prospective clients.
- Advise customers on the most suitable internet services based on their needs.
- Promote specific internet packages and offers as directed by management.
- Update leads and customers on current promotions, discounts, and special offers.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
- Develop and apply strategies to improve both individual and team sales performance.
- Generate and manage customer referrals to grow the client base.
- Track appointments, sales, customer complaints, and status updates for managerial review.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Improve performance continuously through experience and manager feedback.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans to the line manager.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Sales and Marketing, Business Development, Sales Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Demonstrated ability to sell services to large enterprises, organizations, or similar entities.
- Experience in the ISP, telecom, or technology sectors is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated and commercially aware, with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong skills in negotiating and closing contracts.
- Excellent communication skills across all platforms: written, verbal, email, telephone, and presentations.
- Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English.
