Job Summary

The role is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of network elements to maintain high availability and service quality. This includes first-level troubleshooting, achieving network KPIs, preparing reports, and managing third-party vendors. The position requires close coordination with internal teams and external partners to resolve network issues, enforce support procedures, and maintain up-to-date network documentation. Additionally, the role supports customer technical queries, ensures SLA compliance, and performs daily KPI analysis and health checks of network infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Ensure all network elements maintain high availability and quality.
  2. Perform first-level troubleshooting for network-related issues.
  3. Achieve network KPIs in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  4. Prepare network status reports and share notifications with all stakeholders.
  5. Coordinate the preparation of operations and maintenance (O&M) reports.
  6. Conduct health checks of all Network Management Centers and OMCRs.
  7. Manage third-party vendors in line with agreed SLAs.
  8. Serve as the operational interface to in-scope O&M subcontractors and third-party vendors.
  9. Manage customer technical support in coordination with the customer care team.
  10. Develop, implement, and maintain documentation aligned with support policies and procedures.
  11. Ensure the 1st line NOC team adheres to production and office SLAs.
  12. Ensure requests for assistance are properly logged, assigned, and responded to within agreed standards and timelines.
  13. Enforce preventive and security measures for personnel and property during operations.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in all relevant network databases.
  15. Coordinate trouble ticket management to ensure resolution within SLA.
  16. Provide support for network fault diagnostics.
  17. Analyze daily essential network KPI statistics.
  18. Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements

Essential Requirement: High School diploma with one year of relevant experience.

Preferred Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with two years of relevant experience.
